worst app. no proper support. worst staff. head office all person sleeping. i sent mail no proper solution. not eligible single star. daily Rs2 Debited without Retailer knowledge. id Activation time staff collected Rs3000. after each service collects money. i never see this kind of worst app. staff collected 10000 money. state head also collected 10000

It's Great, but No timely Updates in their app. Website get updated but as there is no timely update in app. It's hard to use it at any place and at any time. No mobility. Other competitors are updating their app. time to time. i don't know why roinet is not doing such thing !!!

worst app , my money transfer transaction is pending since 2 April 2026, the promised resolution time was 3 tat, it's already 6 days passed no resolution till yet, worst worst app ever, poor customer support, their behaviour is very rude
