Ratings and reviews

Probably the worst app I have come across. Even if I could search for a book after multiple attempts ( before the app crashes) , I can't add it to the cart because buy now button doesn't work. There is no way to filter the search results so that the results only yeilds the ebooks. The search option on the ebook section do not work. The saved and bought ebooks disappear and then miraculously appear as they wish. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Even one star shouldn't be deserved. Slow & buggy app. Disgusting experience. As a first time app user, this is totally unexpected from you. I have been your user since 2014. If you can't assure scalability & reliability then why do you continue your business & offers/campaign? For example as today at 12:00 pm there has been a campaign named as "Mystery Box " why don't you customized your load balancing server to handle the traffic as you know there will excessive traffic in the app today.

Great idea but bad execution. Many books in here aren't available in many districts and rokomari took advantageof that because other online sellers can't really be trusted. I ordered something and an extra notebook to fill in 400 bdt. After the order was confirmed and a week passed by, rokomari said one item was sold out and that item had '3' pcs, so basically I couldn't cancel it. And just a 40 bdt notebook came. Rokomari didn't give me refund. At all. Edit: they did. But very slow.
