The app has a bug and will not open

compre un molde para hacer la prueba y de plano no puedo ni verlo, mucho menos descargarlo y cuantimenos imprimirlo. ya hice todo lo que dicen que debe uno de hacer para tener acceso al molde y nomas no. escribo para solicitar ayuda y no responden. de ultimo ni siquiera tienen boton de reembolso que mira que les hace falta por que no es posible que no contesten nunca ni por face ni instagram y esta es la primera y ultima solicitud de ayuda por este medio.

pesima la atencion compre 2 moldes y no los puedo desdargar desde la App , no contestan los mensajes
