This sucks. Can't watch anything. Can't even finish a whole movie and then I can't even finish it. Its like hitting the jackpot of gold being able to access a movie. So yah this sucks get it fixed pureflix or u will loose another customer. P.S. for whoever reads it. If ur lucky enough to get in binge as many movies as u can!!! But watch out u might get cut off. No more pot of gold for you!!!! Too much stress for 9 days in a row. If the problem gets resolved will give it more stars.

This app is borderline worthless, I can't stream anything to my TV, I have to hook my laptop to my TV via HDMI or just watch movies on my laptop because the Chromecast feature is Dead. I really want to support but I feel like the most important feature like watching Christian movies on your TV for with family and friends!...is neglected. I'm done paying 8$ a month to sit in front of my laptop to watch movies.

It was working and now the app is useless. I've tried two different devices.

This App is terrible. It some times will let you resume the movie you have started watching and other times you either have to start over. Either start the movie over or remember what spot you left off at. Not only does this happen with his app, regardlesd of if it is being used over mobile....but via WI-FI. Lastly, it freezes often. Not to mention they have a small selection of movies with sub par acting/actors.

I tried this app last year and it just kept crashing, needless to say I deleted it. So I'm trying it again and its still a mess!! I have to reset my password EVERY time just to log in. And the movies lock up, crash, some wont even play ... and i have top of the line equipment so i know its not my fault. You really need to hire a tech geek to fix this mess! This is a wonderful idea but its not worth the hassle trying to get a movie to play. Sorry but i have to cancel and delete again.

Horrible customer service, I had just started the free trial and couldn't get my device to play. I called in to customer service which submitted a request for tech and then got an email about resetting my password. I was upset and requested just cancel bc clearly they were not listening to the issue. So called again, tech sent email stating account was set to cancel. Never got to do the free trial nor did I get my issue resolved. Sadly, I do NOT recommend this service for this reason. I was disappointed bc I wanted to finally be able to watch clean TV but unfortunately why would I pay someone who doesn't want to help me nor be able to watch it?

We enjoy watching movies here and the peace of mind I we get when searching for a new movie. I know its a little slow at times loading but I know they are working on it. Thank you Purefix CEO's and family for your passion to help.

I give you 3 stars for content. But you have serious technology issues. We cut cable & went w/pureflix & netflix. We have a smart tv and bought a chrome cast device just to watch pureflix...didn't need it w/netflix. Maybe you could take a card from the netflix file. I haven' t watched one show on PF w/o getting booted off at least once, usually more. This last movie was 3x and then it didn't resume, it went back to the beginning. Then I had to watch it on my phone because I wasn't watching it over. I don't understand why I have to use my phone for everything, pause RW, FWD, even picking the movie. Nothing gets done on the tv. I hope you get these issues settled. I realize this a relatively inexpensive app. It would be worth the few extra $ to fix the tech issues.

Ok. So I gave pure flux another shot after almost a year. They said they now have chrome cast and they do but it doesn't work works for about 5 minutes and then quits. I'd really love to support this but unfortunately I will not, can't watch a movie. This will be the last time I'm going to try I sure am glad I didn't sign up for a year subscription which I almost did. Sorry but only one star pure flix. Not a good example for Christians. Kind of like Steeling money when it doesn't work.

I was hoping to have pureflix as an alternative to netflix. Was happy with finding clean movies BUT sadly the film selection is poor, B type movies with ammature acting. No CC option for hard-of-hearing audience. Too bad!

I have had the account over a week and it hasn't worked once. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck. I need the app to stream to my TV so unfortunately it means I will be cancelling my subscription.

This Is THE VERY BEST app for AnyOnE, Especially ones who love any kinda spiritual movie. I couldn't BELIEVE all the Choices. PureFlix has Something for Everyone, Some Movies,Series, Sermons, Educational Shows,short stories and Movies. My Ultimate Favorite thing About PureFlix is that Its Brought me out of the Hole I was Already Climbing out of, Holding on For life for 3 Years,Having PureFlix is EXACTLY what I needed-&-at the Perfect time. I was Just at the top of the Hole,Hanging on By a Lil Tiny String and, I was looking on the Internet for a movie one night and By NO mistake, I came across PureFlix, I immediately downloaded it, and The very Next Morning, A very beautiful friend had Asked if i heard of Joyce Meyer and i said i did but i can't remember from who Nor when,She said "Watch her once, just Once and if Listening to her doesn't help, doesn't do anything, Don't listen to her, What do you have to lose." So, i was looking as and looking at where Online, I could pick one of her Shows/Sermons to watch And it Just HIT me, Like Check out The New App. I had downloaded earlier that day,So i searched, in seconds She Showed up. I put her Sermon on, It wasn't just my 1st time hearing Joyce, it was to the very first time i ever listened to a Pastor on Tv 📺-&-NEVERMIND, i was interested, MORE than interested, I was Estatic, I was Hooked, Its a year later and, I had watched almost Every, show, series, movie, And the Amazing, in Depth and VERY interesting movies on Jesus, Etc Etc. PureFlix Is Only $7.99-I mean How much cheaper can something so Awesome get so Cheap. My Daughter watches a few Series with me and i see there's Even shows for younger children too. Sometimes we're having a little issue with trying to watch a movie. Sometimes it will say that it's only for Pure flix subscribers and we are. But once we're on there & we can watch movies, we love it.

This works great! If you use a Chromecast and your phone it is seamless. Never skips and looks great!! Great programs for everyone that are Christian based. Do not hesitate to try it out. You will love it!!!!!

PureFlix is not a great app. I have had an account since it first launched and I can never watch a movie because it takes a long time to load and then it freezes up. I have comcast service and the highest upload and download available for home use. I can sit right next to my wifi and it still acts up. This is great idea but PureFlix should make an app for smart TV's that can be loaded as an app right from the television itself just like Netflix, Crackle, Youtube and many others. Unfortunately Pureflix is not paying attention to us. I'm sick of the freezing and will force me to cancel my subscription Maybe there is another sorce of good clean movies besides Pureflix. I hate to give them a such a low review but it is what it is. I would not recommend this app or pureflix for a monthly fee when it isn't up to par. .

This app is the best movie/tv show app I've ever seen. Two verses from the holly bible come to mind when watching these movies/Tv Shows. Matthew 17:2 Proverbs 13:20-25 Pureflix is teaching children the right thing to do. Pureflix is also teaching our children and adalesants and adults to be wise. any one who promotes pureflix or helps in the production let them be blessed. I really want to like it. But what good is a video streaming application that won't work on a TV? I have multiple AndroidTV boxes, and they say it works with AndroidTV, but there is no way to select a title in AndroidTV, not even with mouse and keyboard! I am glad I can watch on my phone, but I want to watch these movies with my family!

This is my first time downloading this app and now I can't even watch the movie they only give you a little bit of the eclipse of this movie what is posed to do to watch it

It not letting me watch the video keeps going back to menu

After I have opened the app it goes to list of movies. But I can't watch anything because it says I haven't subscribed, which I can't do because there's no option to do so

it is not $7.99 a month that is misleading on this download app that's not right, it is now $10.99 after your 30 days the you will be billed $10.99 each month ,other than that moves are wonderful

They have the greatest selection of life changing movies with the emphasis on knowing Jesus Christ

This app needs work, you can not get to a screen which will allow you to change your payment card number
