About this app

RS MiGasto is the expense tracking app for employees of companies using RomaySoft. Scan your receipts and invoices and register them in seconds with the active company.

HOW IT WORKS
• Point your camera at the QR code of the electronic invoice (e-CF): the app reads the receipt and verifies it with the DGII (Dominican Republic's tax authority), using certified data.

• Receipt without a QR code? Take a photo, and the app automatically extracts the RNC (taxpayer identification number), NCF (tax credit code), date, and amounts.

• You can also enter expenses manually.

WHAT YOU GET
• Receipts with validated NCF/e-NCF and supplier identified by RNC.

• Calculated and itemized ITBIS (VAT) and taxable amounts.

• Photo of the physical receipt as proof of each expense.

• History with the status of each submission (queued, uploading, sent).

• Multi-company support: register each expense with the corresponding company.

IMPORTANT
RS MiGasto is for corporate use. You need the login credentials provided by your company (RomaySoft clients). If you don't have them yet, contact your organization's administrative department.
