Rondas Pro is the app for security guards at private security companies who need to demonstrate and monitor patrol completion in real time.

The guard initiates their patrol from their phone, and the app automatically records their route via GPS. At each checkpoint, they scan a verified QR code, recording the exact time and location. The supervisor views everything live on the web panel.

MAIN FEATURES

• Man Down Button — automatic alert if the guard does not confirm their status within the configured time.

• Incident Reports — the guard documents incidents with text and photos.

• Real-Time Alerts — notifications of incomplete patrols, unmarked checkpoints, and emergencies. • Works offline — syncs data when a connection is restored.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Private security companies and organizations with their own security personnel that want to know,
with evidence, where each guard was and at what time.

Rondas Pro is a workplace tool. Access is granted by the employer;
each guard logs in with the credentials assigned by their administrator.

The app requires background location access to record the patrol route,
even with the screen off. Tracking only occurs during an active patrol,

and a continuous notification is displayed while it is in progress.
