If you're a musician who likes to learn new songs and techniques by listening to the same piece of music over and over but wish that the music could be played a little slower, then you'll enjoy "Amazing Slow Downer".

You can repeat any section of the music at full speed, slow it down or even speed it up by changing the speed between 25% (1/4 of original speed) and 200% (double speed) without changing the pitch!

Change the tuning or musical key? No problem, "Amazing Slow Downer" handles that as well.

Setup seamless loops by touching the "Set" buttons during playback.

Note: Although we have never officially supported playback of Spotify audio, it nevertheless has worked very good. But according to Spotify, third party apps will not any longer have access to streaming Spotify content in a way that works for slowing down audio starting September 1, 2022.

I really love this app. The Spotify linkage gives me access to all my playlists so I can slow down or transpose nearly any song I want. At first I couldn't find the saved loops but then I found out the loops are stored with each song, so you have to first load the song you want to learn, and then all the previously saved loops appear. You can rename them, delete them, etc. You can't export Spotify songs, but you can export songs from your own collection. I haven't found a fine-tuning ability to adjust the start and end points more precisely - that would be nice, so you can make loops that stay right on the beat when looped over and over.

Started using ASD on my Windows desktop, long before there was any such thing as Android and the only option for internet access was a 56Kbit max dial-up connection. For a guy who grew up learning songs from vinyl, it was the perfect digital solution to the analog turntable back when there was no other available consumer option. Although I'm now enjoying a 1Gbit internet connection and the latest Android device, I'm still using ASD. I use it because it works, it's easy to navigate, and simple to master. Oh, and it's never let me down. Thanks for the many years of excellence, Roni Music!

It had some issues starting a song at all, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and it works great. I use this app every day of my life because it's the only one that will pitch shift by semitones and simultaneously load up songs from Spotify. If any of you users like to listen to songs at specific frequencies like 432hz, or you want to hear a song in a different key, I think this app is the perfect one for purchase. Long time user here. What's new

According to Spotify, third party apps will not any longer have access to streaming Spotify content in a way that works for slowing down audio.
This will affect Amazing Slow Downer starting September 1, 2022.
We will do what we can to make Spotify reconsider this decision.
This change does NOT affect any other type of audio content that Amazing Slow Downer can play back.
