Use it a lot. The service is great. The app? Not so much. Needs many improvements and can be frustrating to deal with at times. Item selection is solid, and if something is not available, they'll call you and offer substitutes. Overall, i really like the service, but i hope they improve the app experience.

The first time I used the application and the log in data did not migrate my cellphone number but it let the order go through. So I chose the option for delivery with in an hour and the delivery was two hours later. I had to call more than 7 times to track the order and they ran out of a beer available on the app not on their inventoty. Never received a follow up call or email explaining why I had a delay. Please work on your service and when you are ready, launch the application.

ERS .RESPONSE
App ok. Service not no good. Delivery over an hour after agreed. Missing items. Service Rep with a bad attitude. They dont have a system to credit missing items. Rep send me to check empty bags after telling me item was delivered.
