The app is a clever idea but it sure takes a waiter out of the scene. Even if you go inside you must use your phone to order, pay and tip. Fortunately you can also review the whole experience that way, too. It was an employee, Ryan, who saved the day at Millie's. It seems his main occupation is to smooth things over with people dealing with the app. He went to the kitchen to be sure the sides we wanted were put on the order. No cashier. But many like the concept. Orders come right out.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! They refuse to allow you to delete your account and remove your information from their servers. Not even your credit card. They will hold your information hostage even if you ask to have it deleted. I'll be reaching out to the attorney general to see if this is even legal. Didn't even want to download in the first place. I wanted to try a food truck, but the only way order and pay was through this app. Wasn't worth it. If a restaurant only takes this app go somewhere else!

Went to a concert during Covid-19 (9/25/20) who only let us order through this app. Ended up missing one shirt that was later brought to us in a different color, it's been almost 2.5 hours and we never got the both sodas and one beer that we ordered, also still haven't brought two of our food orders... And none of the people delivering know what is happening. $26 of missing merchandise. Don't do it.
