Roofer Quote is the roofing quote and invoicing app for UK roofers.

Create professional quotes, get customer approval, invoice the work and track payments from one simple app.

From site visit to paid:
Quote. Measure length, width and pitch, apply a pitch factor, and build editable quote lines. Add a quote-level discount and clear VAT totals.

Send.
A branded PDF carries your business details, itemised work, VAT and your terms. Add up to four site photos from the camera or gallery. A built-in rate card stores materials, labour, scaffold and waste rates for the next roofing quote.

Accept.
Share a private customer link. The customer does not install Roofer Quote or create an account. They review the quote in a browser and accept with a name and signature.
Invoice. Set the deposit percentage and create a separate deposit invoice. The remaining balance stays open for a completion invoice. Convert accepted work without retyping the lines.

Get paid.
Record part payments by bank transfer, PayPal, Worldpay, card, cash or a custom method. See open, paid and overdue invoices, with ageing totals. Send one reminder. Issue a receipt when the invoice is paid. Card records a payment taken on your own terminal.

Roofer Quote does not add a new card processor. Customer records keep name, phone, email and site details ready for the next document. A customer logo can appear on that customer’s PDF.

The quote pipeline shows Draft, sent, accepted and converted. Account sync keeps quotes, customers, invoices and settings with your Roofer Quote account, so the work stays in step when you sign back in.
