To whom it may concern, I am trying to call you about my payment issue on my account (ticket number 389336 generated after I asked for support). So far, no one called or emailed me yet. This is bad business!!! 😡😡😡 My account on my Roost 360 app is blank and I made a payment according to my bank on August 14, 2026 of $5.99 has been taken out by y'all on my account. I am having trouble resolving these issues. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Horrible customer support. Offers support by email only. Don't respond to emails. Paid for a years service and shut my service off 5 months before my year was up due to payment issues?! Stay clear from this service!

suddenly stopped service despite autopay set up, no communication, impossible to get a response from company as no phone customer service and no email response 4 days and counting. are you bankrupt? what gives
