this is the biggest POS app ever. I was excited seeing there was an updated version yet this stupid Air Diffuser 2 STILL WONT CONNECT!!! Bluetooth? No problem. Sharing network info with my device? yup, all good. Finish setup? NO!!! Even though my network shows excellent condition at a 2.4 connection rate, per the app, I get an error saying my wifi connection failed. Ive done everything other than throw it away to try and get it to connect to no avail....and customer service is a joke.

Useless in all ways. Won't connect to wifi. Always says to plug it in and no oil. It is plugged in and oil is filled. Still 'updating firmware'. Can't set schedule because I tap the option and nothing happens. Can't even shop or browse...same problem. same issues as everyone else. Will probably just delete the app. Should have bought from a different company.

I bought this machine specifically for the automation, but the software fails on every level. Every single day without fail, the app disconnects from my Wi-Fi. Because it can't stay online, the automated schedule never runs when it's supposed to. Having to constantly reconnect the device just to get it to turn on completely defeats the convenience of having an app. Great scent, but the app execution is broken.
