this is the biggest POS app ever. I was excited seeing there was an updated version yet this stupid Air Diffuser 2 STILL WONT CONNECT!!! Bluetooth? No problem. Sharing network info with my device? yup, all good. Finish setup? NO!!! Even though my network shows excellent condition at a 2.4 connection rate, per the app, I get an error saying my wifi connection failed. Ive done everything other than throw it away to try and get it to connect to no avail....and customer service is a joke.

App needs better developers. Will connect to WiFi, but then switches to Bluetooth. Took a while to be able to set a schedule, but it doesn't run because it always loses a connection. When it worked once, it didn't turn back on. The diffuser works well, but I need to manually turn it on/off or it would run 24/7 and I'd run out of oil.

I really wanted this app to work. Aside from it not being user friendly in some ways, it doesn't sync properly with the diffuser. It will say my oil level is high when it in fact is completely empty or the other way around. One of my diffusers continues to say battery is low or its charging when its been plugged in for weeks. This app has so much potential but in its current state is awful
