I would give this app a "0" if that was an option... constant crashes, not staying connected to wifi... It would be nice to provide an option for the diffuser to dispense the scent a certain amount of times per hour, rather than setting up run times within schedules... So much potential, it's just not there at the moment. The app almost makes me regret purchasing the Scentiment diffusers I bought...

I can't get the firmware updated at all. It never stays connected. These devices are to expensive to not work as described. This app needs more work. Yes, Ive tried all the troubleshooting I can. update: since the update I cant login my account through the app. It keep trading my login as a new account asking to create a password, then it says I already have account but its not letting me.

I waited until the 2.0 update to leave a review because I was hoping it would be better. Sadly, it is not. The devices don't stay connected, & it says they need updating - but the updates won't complete. The diffusers don't work unless they're plugged in; & the schedule means NOTHING. It turns on & off whenever it wants to. (which makes the oil run out super fast. It's probably intentional)
