About this game

Paint by logic, one hex at a time! Hex Paint is a relaxing color puzzle game where every answer is hidden in the numbers – no guessing, no luck, just that satisfying "aha!" moment when the board comes together.

🎨 HOW TO PLAY
Each clue hex has a color and a number. The number tells you exactly how many of its six neighbors must be painted that color. Pick a color from the palette, drag your finger across the hexes and lift to paint.

Every time you paint a correct neighbor, the clue's number counts down. When it reaches zero, the clue is complete and a cute animal that matches its color pops out to celebrate! Complete every clue and fill the whole grid to finish the level.

Changed your mind mid-stroke? Just drag back to undo – or lift outside the board to cancel for free. A move only counts when you lift your finger on the board, so you are always in control.

🧩 A PURE LOGIC PUZZLE
Hex Paint is a number puzzle and deduction game in the spirit of nonograms, picross and minesweeper, reimagined on a colorful hexagon grid. Every level can be solved with logic alone. Each wrong move costs one heart, and you have three hearts per level – so plan carefully, then paint with confidence.

Fresh twists keep the puzzles exciting. Fill the New Feature bar to unlock each one:
❌ Cross – Some hexes must stay empty. Mark them with the cross.
❓ Mysterious Clues – Some clues hide behind a question mark. Paint a neighbor to reveal them.
🌗 Double Color Clues – Split hexes count two colors at once. Each half counts its own color.


Every new mechanic comes with a short, friendly tutorial, so it is easy to learn and fun to master.

Every color has its own animal friend. Finish a clue and its animal pops onto the hex, winks and grins at you – and sulks a little when you make a mistake. Turn a board of numbers into a happy crowd of animals, enjoy the shine sweeping across a finished board and collect a colorful flower of petals on every win. Soft sounds and gentle haptics make every stroke feel good.
