Recent UI update has severely impacted usability. The new interface makes it extremely difficult to view and track my purchased coins and monitor profits/losses. Essential portfolio tracking is now cumbersome. Customer support options seem to have been removed from the app, and emails are unanswered. This needs urgent fixing for basic functionality.

The facial verification stuff isn't working no matter how many times I try it. It just stops there telling me to smile, my background is lit, clear camera, well clothed still. The virtual card option too keeps saying something went wrong and I should ensure my internet connection is strong which it is but still won't work. Roqqu used to be good like 2yrs ago but now it's just bad to worse. The bitcoin send fee is fixed at 6k while mini send is 0.0001. Pls the fee & minimum to send is much.

Not bad actually, the app works smoothly and payment transaction is swift. Kindly add other tokens like Arbitrum too. The charges on sending USDT to a wallet address is fixed, and that can be outrageous if you are sending just a few usdt. I suppose it should be by percentage like when purchasing a coin. Also, a feature that would allow one to freeze a token will be much appreciated or at least make swapping without or with lesser charge. Thanks
