I have been making airtime purchases from the roqqu app but on the 15th of June, I needed the airtime urgently and did as always but, I was never credited on that particular day. Lodged my complaint, all I have neen getting is, "it will be resolved...". Been 6 days now yet it still hasn't been resolved. Also, your charges on transactions are somewhat high.

Honestly If there was Another Point to give worse than this I would have given it to them, I was having hard time adding my bank details for withdrawal and it keeps telling me something went wrong for the past 2 weeks now, still saying something went wrong, I even tried to contact their customer support that was even worse, this was frustrating and it's even my first time here honestly this app is a trash

They have very poor customer service especially when one fails to receive a transfer. you will write a complaint and it takes them hours to allocate personnel to attend to you. And they call it live chat. when they do in the long run and you see we ESCALATE your case just know that you are in for a long frustration. Try other platforms for your peace of mind.
