I have been making airtime purchases from the roqqu app but on the 15th of June, I needed the airtime urgently and did as always but, I was never credited on that particular day. Lodged my complaint, all I have neen getting is, "it will be resolved...". Been 6 days now yet it still hasn't been resolved. Also, your charges on transactions are somewhat high.

What's going on with you guys Roqqu? I am very disappointed in you. I just logged in to your app to buy my USDT coin and go on with my business. But your app falsed me to upgrade to the newest version which i did. Now funding my account, buying my coin was easy and faster than before but when i tried sending my coin it said (1 USDT as fee) which was too much just to send a little amount of USDT but i agreed because I'm in a hurry but now it failed and you assistance wouldn't even respond to me

I have to underrate this app because of the challenge I had with it's update demand pop up page that has no cancel button. The pop up has a link for obtaining newest version of the app but on clicking the link, unfortunately, I was notified that the link can't open, and there and then I got stuck. Developer's insistence on updating as at when updates are available is understood for a smooth running of user experience but considerations must be given for such a situation in which the pop hangs
