Nice app, fantastic customer service, but recently I have been trying to open the app and it refuse to open for months, I had to delete it and reinstall now it's saying this email I have been using doesn't exist on your platform, I can't log in to my account.

you people still have this one problem, since when you guys started,and that's bad customer support, they never respond, even if it an emergency,or failed transition that needed immediate attention, you Will Wait still you dead and they still won't respond, ,it's very very back, the date that I but failed, since yesterday afternoon i have been trying to report a failed payment,no response and this is not the first time of you roqqu not responding it bad since 8/03/2026

I was having a good experience until now, I have transferred 3 different times from 2 different wallets and the coins don't reflect in roqqu and it's been over 5 days now, this is really frustrating.
