must you people delay someone's transaction? the app is too slow and it's annoying the team and workers aren't to be trusted.Integrity is important but you people lack it. So after making a transaction,I have to wait for days before I get the money in my account. You will chat customer care and they won't reply immediately. You can't get them when you need them.It is very bad. stop delaying people's transactions and making it hard for someone to meet up with his or her target.The delay is bad.

Was a good app 5yrs ago, Now, you can buy coins and can't send to another wallet, and also can't receive. Also prices are altered. As usual they'll automate a response to this text and redirect you to in app communications which they don't respond or their official X account which they also don't respond.

You know an app might be great with it's interface,speed in transaction and all and might not have a great customer support service but Roqqu has the both🥹. I had an issue while transacting on the app,I think there was a network congestion so my funds didn't drop to where I sent it to,I really panicked but the customer support on X just kept reassuring me that it'll be looked into and I just decided to be calm,the issue was resolved in less than 24hrs after 24hrs of the delayed transaction.
