I have been making airtime purchases from the roqqu app but on the 15th of June, I needed the airtime urgently and did as always but, I was never credited on that particular day. Lodged my complaint, all I have neen getting is, "it will be resolved...". Been 6 days now yet it still hasn't been resolved. Also, your charges on transactions are somewhat high.

I have serious issues with the Roqqu app, for one week I have been trying to place trade on futures contract and it keeps getting denied ... and now my withdrawals have been blocked on the app. ...for ID reasons which is ridiculous m.i have uploaded all this a long time ago.. please Roqqu needs to do better

I have to underrate this app because of the challenge I had with it's update demand pop up page that has no cancel button. The pop up has a link for obtaining newest version of the app but on clicking the link, unfortunately, I was notified that the link can't open, and there and then I got stuck. Developer's insistence on updating as at when updates are available is understood for a smooth running of user experience but considerations must be given for such a situation in which the pop hangs
