I have decide not to keep mute anymore, roque app is very unreliable and dubious, ur operations as an exchange needs to be investigated thoroughly, most people have lost their assets and no longer has access to it anymore, can you imagine how frustrated the person can be? since yesterday I transferred token from my peniwallet to my roque wallet with the generated wallet address , it went successful and i was debited immediately, so why did it not reflect on my roque wallet ,

i have found critical bugs in the app, so tell me where to report those bugs and after reported can I get any reward like other crypto platforms rewarding to reported bugs or not tell me and if i don't get any reply comment and if you don't care about the bugs i will publish those bugs. so please let me know by a reply comment fastly. as per your comment i have contacted in X there they replied me we won't take care about the bugs and we don't reward to security reports. Nice app, fantastic customer service, but recently I have been trying to open the app and it refuse to open for months, I had to delete it and reinstall now it's saying this email I have been using doesn't exist on your platform, I can't log in to my account.
