Ratings and reviews

The app was working great and I loved being able to do a quick review when I a few minutes to spare. However, for the last several weeks I haven't be able to take any test due to errors. I deleted all test banks, as advised, and still no success. Very disappointing - only the web version works for me.

App has been crashing more often recently. Trying to open your new set of questions it tells you it ran out of memory or it just won't open the exams and tells you to contact support. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get rid of these codes. Used to a great reliable app but now that rosh is moving to a new platform I feel this app isn't priority and to troubleshoot it. Please fix the bugs that keep it crashing. Thank you. This is the 4th time I had to reinstall in 1 week.

Too buggy to use, rude and condescending customer service. It won't stop displaying the first test I took using the app, no matter how many times I try to switch to review a different test, it always displays and opens up a test I took last week. Unless I use tutor mode, I can't review the tests or questions using the app. If I clear my cache history, it resets it. When you provide feedback to questions as prompted to at the bottom, you're met with snarky and condescending responses.
