I was having issues with my app, so as part of my own trouble shooting I decided to delete the app and reinstall it, but now the app is saying it is not compatible with my device and cannot be re-downloaded. I just bought a very expensive 1 year subscription and now I don't even have an app to take practice tests on. I am very disappointed.

Android users beware. The app has always been glitchy (fails to track questions from computer --> phone app, fails to load exams, days disc memory is full if you put too many questions in the exam, etc.), but recently, it just won't work at all. I am unable to do any questions on the app and using a web browser to answer the questions is not a great experience.

App worked great when it worked. Been 3 months now with it being on the fritz. Tech support stinks. I tried contacting them to get a solution and was eventually told it's just a bug that will eventually get fixed and I could use the desktop version. The point of a mobile app is so I can do this mobile. Really disappointed honestly for the money you pay for it.
