PADS
Sixteen pads, tap to play. Drums, bass, your own recordings, and any sample from the library. Long-press to swap a sound.

STEP SEQUENCER
Build a beat by tapping boxes on a grid — no timing skills required. Nine tracks, patterns up to four bars long, and a pattern bank so you can build a verse, a chorus and a fill, then chain them into a song.

CHORD BUILDER
Pick a key and a scale and MCS shows you the chords that belong to it. Every one of them sounds right next to the others, so there are no wrong choices. Triads, 7ths, sus and power chords. Tap them into your bars and write them straight to a track.

MELODY MAKER
Stuck for a tune? MCS writes a bass line and a melody for you — built from the same chords, in the same key, so the parts fit together instead of clashing. Don't like it? Generate again for a completely new idea, or undo and go back. Build your own chords first and it will write over those.

SAMPLER
Record up to fifteen seconds from the microphone, or load a file from your phone. Play it across a keyboard, reverse it, filter it, or slice it into pieces and scatter them across the pads. Sync any loop to your tempo — speed it up like vinyl, or time-stretch it so the pitch stays put.

SOUNDS INCLUDED
Over 150 samples across 17 categories — kicks, snares, hats, claps, percussion, 808s, loops and more. Plus ten playable instruments: piano, electric piano, organ, bell, saw lead, warm pad, square lead, pluck, sub bass and strings.

MIXER
A proper channel strip for every track. Volume, pan, mute, solo and a tempo-synced delay, with level meters that move as it plays.
