Ratings and reviews

When the app is working, it is good. However, I've had it for about a year and a half and have had 3 different times when I couldn't update/download my roster. Previously, the team was pretty quick about fixing the problem. However, I'm now at 2 full weeks without being able to upload a roster, including entering a new bid period. The only response I've received from the tech support team is "Sorry, we're trying to fix it" and blaming the problem on a change at my airline. Not helpful at all!

Update: Trying it again but this time it doesn't download my roster. It just gives a server error even tho I'm connected to the Internet. Doesn't even let me create an account. Only thing it says is to "check the details". All my info is correct, tried from scratch several times. No information on what is actually wrong. No links or contact information to get help setting up an account.

Latest update made app unusable. Tried reaching out to support (ticket 257384), but no response at all. Seems like they didn't bother testing before releasing update. Would be better just to roll back to the previous version. I paid for 1 year subscription and really only got to use it for a month, and now it's broken. I feel like they stole my money.
