About this app

Roster Sync Pro keeps shift-based teams connected to their day-to-day workforce operations.

The Android app is a mobile companion for existing employer-managed Roster Sync Pro workspaces. What you can see and do depends on your role, permissions, workspace settings and plan.

For staff
• See today’s work and upcoming schedules
• Clock in and out through approved QR attendance workflows
• Request time off, review leave balances and follow request decisions
• Receive schedule, attendance, time-off and approval notifications
• View published payslips and submit payroll information or payment-detail requests
• Manage account and notification preferences

For managers
• Monitor live schedules, attendance and timesheet status
• Review permitted timesheet, time-off and operational requests
• View team status, action items and important workspace notifications
• Record or review daily sales and permitted labour-cost summaries
• Review booking activity and payroll summaries where enabled

Advanced workspace setup, schedule building, payroll processing, imports, exports, billing and subscription management remain in the desktop web application.

Camera access is used only for QR clocking. Location is requested only after a QR attendance event when an employer’s workspace policy requires location verification. Roster Sync Pro does not track location in the background.

Medical certificates may be uploaded only as supporting evidence for sick or hospitalisation leave and are available only to authorized workplace users for leave and payroll administration.

An active Roster Sync Pro workspace account is required. Features vary by workspace plan and permissions.

Roster Sync Pro is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
