About us:
We’re a tech company based in the UK and Australia. We started out in A&E - our co-founder Chris was a doctor and wanted to improve shift-work in his ward. The idea grew, and today we’re developing scheduling tech for shift workers across a number of industries - making sure that our products benefit both businesses and the people they employ.

keeps displaying 'enable allow alarms and reminders' whenever I open the app up.. highly irritating as you can't swipe it away and see the screen under, please sort this issue out, it's been happening for several months Also slow and laggy when no other app is and the phone I'm using has excellent spec

Very difficult app to work with. I've been having issues since Saturday just gone with the rota geek app itself. The app itself will not allow me to log in, but the desk top site will? I've changed my password several times but it only works on the desk top site. The desk top site does not have an option for me to clock in and clock out, which is why I need the app. I contact customer service and they sent me a welcome email to log in and change the password but it still wouldn't work on the app

Utter junk. Having been forced to use this app by management it has caused nothing but complaints from my work colleagues. We were all happy with the shifts we worked because Humans can take into account any special skills or requirements of the team. This app has totally annihilated that connection. Very unreliable and clunky to use. Sometimes you clock in only to find it hasn't actually done anything. Save your sanity and confine this app to the bin.
