About us:
We’re a tech company based in the UK and Australia. We started out in A&E - our co-founder Chris was a doctor and wanted to improve shift-work in his ward. The idea grew, and today we’re developing scheduling tech for shift workers across a number of industries - making sure that our products benefit both businesses and the people they employ.

terrible, overly complicated, constant crashes so you can't see when you are supposed to be in work, can't clock in or out due to crashes, team menu is overly complex, numerous clicks just to see who you're working with, doesn't show staff that are working that day if you won't physically see them unless you go multiple menus deeper, it has been the most frustrating change since a simple paper rota on the wall, constantly offers me shifts I can't take as I'm full time

The premise of the app is great, along with the features it has however it can be VERY slow sometimes, to the point where I've clocked in late because I've spent 2 minutes waiting for the button to actually load in. My last shift however, I was completely unable to clock in so I re-installed the app hoping it would fix the issue. Only problem is now I'm unable to log back in because I forgot my details and 0 of the 5 recovery emails they sent have reached my inbox

the app is not worth the storage it takes up on my phone. I constantly have to install and uninstall it to try and get it to work. the clock in function or actually seeing the rota only works when it wants to. I am constantly missing time stamps because of it. the app has made itself so overly complicated that it now isnt fit for purpose
