About us:
We’re a tech company based in the UK and Australia. We started out in A&E - our co-founder Chris was a doctor and wanted to improve shift-work in his ward. The idea grew, and today we’re developing scheduling tech for shift workers across a number of industries - making sure that our products benefit both businesses and the people they employ.

Ratings and reviews

This terrible software which is mandated that we use on our own personal devices is unreliable and invasive both. And now it seems that it cannot handle remaining connected if you happen to use a VPN for a modicum of privacy and scam protection! Unanticipated requirements to relog back in and refusal to then recognise passwords!

I would not inflict this on my worst enemy. If it's automated, it's shockingly poor. If it's manual, then what's the point in this compared with a proper rota? Rotas being changed four days before is just evil and shouldn't be allowed. It relies heavily on competent management and staffing levels or professions that have varied hours. Then there's the whole intrusive nature of it. Absolutely horrible.

Why does the latest update disallow screenshots and hide timesheets when open on the background? This makes it more difficult to show schedules to others for making plans. Also often unable to clock in to shifts for seemingly no reason.

What's new

The previous version 8.20.3, prevented users to capture screenshots on the app. The Android secure flag has been disabled to resolve this.
