App hijacks my phone's native alarm system and display, to instead show when I have to clock in and out, with seemingly no way to turn it off. Also cannot use the alarm widget anymore after starting to use this

worked well enough until about a month ago, now my schedule never loads and the rota takes a long time to load or never loads and most of the time I have to close and reopen and disconnect and reconnect the internet a couple times every time I try clock in or out.

the app itself is okay but comes with a few issues. for example I cannot cancel some of my holiday bookings which is very frustrating
