Rotarex Go keeps a business trip's paperwork in one place: start the trip, file each bill as it happens, and come home with the finance expense report ready to send.

TRIPS, NOT JUST BILLS
Every expense belongs to a trip. The app follows the trip you're on, shows spend against its budget at a glance, and lets you switch between trips or start a new one in two taps. Filter bills by category to find one fast.

RECEIPTS CAPTURED ON THE SPOT
Photograph a receipt with the camera, pick it from your photo library, or attach an existing PDF. Text recognition reads the receipt to help fill in the bill, and every proof is stored with its expense — no more envelope of paper slips.

THE FINANCE REPORT, DONE
One tap fills the official Finance expense report workbook — logo, layout and formulas intact — together with a receipt sheet that numbers every proof to match. Mileage, exchange rates and totals are computed for you; all the export asks for is your IBAN.

APPROVAL, TRACKED
Mark a trip as submitted when the report goes out, then record finance's answer — approved or sent back — with the full timeline kept on the trip. A submitted trip freezes its bills so nothing changes under a report that's already on someone's desk; a trip sent back reopens for correction.

CUSTOM REPORTS
When finance wants one file covering bills from several trips, hand-pick the bills, give the report a title, and export the same workbook and receipt sheet.

MULTI-CURRENCY AND MILEAGE
File bills in the currency you paid in, with a personal rate book and published exchange rates. Mileage entries use your own per-kilometre rate.
