RotationMatch Network connects healthcare students with clinical preceptors and keeps every placement organized in one secure app. Sign in with your existing RotationMatch Network account — the app shapes itself around your role, whether you're a student searching for a rotation or a preceptor managing incoming requests.

FOR STUDENTS
• Rotation readiness at a glance — your checklist, compliance documents, and active placements on one dashboard.
• Search and filter preceptors by specialty, state, and setting (in-person or telehealth).
• Request a placement and track it in real time, with a full activity timeline from request to confirmation.
• Upload and track compliance documents — attach a PDF or photograph a document, then watch each item's review status.
• Message your preceptor securely once a placement is confirmed.
• Learn on the go with the in-app Academy — video lessons, saved progress, and continue-watching.
• Get help anytime from the in-app assistant, which explains how to get around the app.

FOR PRECEPTORS
• Review incoming placement requests with student details in one place.
• Approve, decline, or request more information in a tap — students are notified of every outcome.
• Manage your availability and capacity so your profile only shows when you have room.
• Message students on confirmed placements to coordinate scheduling and orientation.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Email one-time-code verification on sign-in.
• Optional biometric app lock (Face ID / fingerprint) that re-locks the app after time in the background.
• All traffic is encrypted in transit; cleartext connections are disabled.
• Screens that show sensitive documents are protected from screenshots and the app switcher.

MESSAGING YOU CONTROL
Chat is limited to the student and preceptor on a confirmed placement. You can block a participant and report any message directly from the conversation, and reach a real person for abuse concerns.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, right inside the app. We collect only what the service needs to work, never sell your data, and use no third-party advertising or tracking.

ABOUT MEMBERSHIPS
RotationMatch Network memberships and any course enrollment are managed on the RotationMatch Network website (rotationmatchnetwork.com). There are no purchases inside the app.

RotationMatch Network is the mobile companion to the RotationMatch Network platform. An existing account is required to sign in.

What’s new

Fixes an issue where signing out did not return you to the sign-in screen. Password reset, the documents list and the request inbox now work against real data instead of placeholders.
