Rota Onway is the app for drivers of transport and delivery companies using Rota. It replaces paper and messages: your hours, route, and observations are entered on your phone, dated and located, and sent directly to your operations.
WHAT YOU DO WITH THE APP
Time Tracking
Arrival at the depot, start time, departure and end of shift, breaks, delivery completion, and end of shift. Each time entry is time-stamped and geolocated, and your working time is displayed in real time.
Route
The day's route, map, order of stops, and itinerary to each address. You can see what remains to be delivered and what has already been completed.
Proof of Delivery
Photo of the package, photo of the label, recipient's signature. A package not delivered is logged as a return, along with the reason.
End-of-Day Log
Packages loaded, delivered, returned, mileage, vehicle photos. The summary is sent to your manager without re-entry.
Vehicle
Guided vehicle inspection with photos, accident report, and any relevant comments. You'll find the mileage, the date of the last wash, and the due date of the next inspection.
Leave
Request, supporting document, decision tracking, and up-to-date balance.
History
Your daily entries, inspections, incidents, comments, and personal documents are accessible at any time.
RESPONSIBLE ACCESS
The application is not open to the public. Your account is created by your employer in the Rota web console, and you receive an invitation link by email to choose your password. Without this account, the application displays no content.
YOUR DATA
Location is only used while using the application, to time-stamp your time entries and proof of delivery, and to locate you on the map of your route. No background tracking, no advertising, no trackers, no data resale. The photos you take are used solely for the purposes and evidence required by your company.
