The Good: It's much easier to keep track of who is actually scheduled. The Bad: The app refuses to save "can't serve times" if you need to enter multiple. I can only make it work if I enter one or two, wait several hours to make sure it saved, and then enter one or two more. It's ponderous. I accept that the web experience may be better, but for someone who conducts most business by phone, this bug has resulted in a lot of confusion for me and inconvenience for others.

Hi Laura, I am sorry to hear about the inability to enter multiple can't serve times. This might have to do with a setting on the church side, where those need to be approved first. If you email us at support@ministryschedulerpro.com about this, we can take a closer look and work with your admin to fine-tune those settings!

I don't have enough lettters to explain my problem. I am having problems logging in because of a mistake so I am paraphrasing which does not explain the whole problem! i I made with the username and password. Because of tha I am having a problem logging in. I need to know how to get a new username and password without being refused. I have tried several passwords and usernames that were all incorrect. HELP!

Frequent log outs. Even though I select remember me in the login page it seems every couple weeks (which is the frequency I use the app) I am always confronted with the login screen again. Additionally because it is effectively a browser if you start off logged into a page and then use back to get out it might log you out again if it has no earlier History. I just want to stay logged in.
