The Good: It's much easier to keep track of who is actually scheduled. The Bad: The app refuses to save "can't serve times" if you need to enter multiple. I can only make it work if I enter one or two, wait several hours to make sure it saved, and then enter one or two more. It's ponderous. I accept that the web experience may be better, but for someone who conducts most business by phone, this bug has resulted in a lot of confusion for me and inconvenience for others.

Hi Laura, I am sorry to hear about the inability to enter multiple can't serve times. This might have to do with a setting on the church side, where those need to be approved first. If you email us at support@ministryschedulerpro.com about this, we can take a closer look and work with your admin to fine-tune those settings!

I've used this app on two Android devices and always run into the same issue when trying to download files off the app: "Please grant storage access." I've looked in all the permissions everywhere on my device and can never find where I can grant access. MSP works great on Apple products, with no need to grant any special permissions. Time to fix the app for Android users, please.

Great for knowing your schedule. But no way for a volunteer to communicate with the Captain or Mass coordinator except to request a sub. I don't need a sub but would like to notify them about something else. Also, I can't respond from outside the app to an email that I receive from the app; my reply bounces. Need a better two way communication within the app, at least for the volunteer to contact the Captain or Mass coordinator.
