Worst arcade app. please take notes from the Dave and Busters app on how to be better. When adding my card, the app didn't recognize that I already have club membership. I will have to talk to customer service about this. Also judging from other reviews, people seem to have issues reloading the credits through the app and using the qr code to get points at the in store counter. Please fix the issues. edit: Talked to customer service at my arcade location and they were no help. App is useless.

Tried refilling my Round1 annual membership card 5 times with 5 different credit cards, they all throw an error saying my card has sufficient funds. There's no point of this app, if you can't use it to refill Round1 cards in advance. Can't say for other features as I haven't use them. But if this failed efficient feature of this app is the reason why everyone has to wait on a long line at memberships, you might as well not bother to have an app.

Linked card no longer in the app after the 365 days or an update, not sure, but everything is 0's. My wallet was stolen. There was no way to transfer all my tickets to a new card. I do remember adding the card to the app so I could start checking in with my phone when they were doing check ins. Didn't go for awhile and my registration is acting like I'm a new member. Woops. Guess that's all for me. Great design. 👎
