About this app

Route Hero is the mobile companion for field service technicians. It puts the
day's route, job details, and payment collection in one place, so techs spend
less time on paperwork and more time on the job.

YOUR DAY, IN ORDER
See every stop in route order with arrival windows, customer details, and
service history. Tap through to driving directions without leaving the app.

WORK ORDERS AND SERVICE RECORDS
Review what's due before you knock. Log the products and quantities applied,
note the conditions you found, and close the job with a complete record.

PHOTOS FROM THE FIELD
Capture job-site photos and attach them to the customer record with notes.
Office staff see them right away.

PAYMENT AT THE DOOR
Collect by cash, check, or card, add a tip, and send a receipt — no second
device, no call back to the office.

MESSAGES WITH DISPATCH
Message your dispatcher directly. Messages queue and send when signal returns,
so a dead zone doesn't cost you the conversation.

WORKS OFFLINE
Job data is cached on the device and your changes replay when you reconnect.

LOCATION TRACKING DURING YOUR SHIFT
When you start a shift, Route Hero records your route in the background so
dispatch can sequence jobs and give customers accurate arrival windows.
Tracking runs only while your shift is active, shows a persistent notification
the whole time, and can be turned off at any time. Location is never collected
outside your shift hours.

Route Hero requires an account provided by your employer. It is not available
for individual sign-up.
