Re-evaluating my review after 2 years of usage. The app has some good features like tracking trip details, viewing live location of the cab, calling the driver, and submitting feedback about the trip. However the app is very slow and sometimes the phone app hangs (Android). The worst thing is when it hangs, it crashes the phone. There are other cab apps which work fluently like Uber, Ola. The team should optimise the app and fix performance and stability issues ASAP.

Clearing cache and data hasn't helped. I'm using the latest version of the Routematic app only. Moreover, I receive notifications from Samsung Device Care every other day which read "Routematic is crashing frequently. Put it in deep sleep to keep your phone running smoothly." Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi Hitarth, Please clear the data and cache for your app by going to your phone settings. This should resolve your issue. In case you are still facing the problem, also ensure that you are using the latest version of our app.

Worlds worsest app in the pool. Want to meet that 3 yr old kid who has designed this app. App has 1000 problems, so cant waste my whole life explaining all,below are some nightmare daily problems: 1 will log u out at its own will 2 neither call verification option works , neither text verification option works 3 takes ages to open, hence everytine u have to open it, u have to uninstall and install it, first of its kund in whole world Then u struggle with point no 2 4 not able scan scanners
