Couldn't ever sign in without going through the "forgot password" method even though I used the same exact password both times when resetting it. Once in the app, I couldn't use my name as the artist. Would not save and prevented me from moving forward with the process.

I love this service and the free distribution is very fair. my only issue is that I have to use the Web version for distribution of releases and the coming soon section showing "create a release" has been there a while. as soon as I can release from the app, 5 stars

customer support is close to non existant, they will look for excuses to keep your money, the app provides nothing useful, just use the website. edit: Ihave opened a ticket on octover 9, still waiting for a reply. Update, still waiting, dont believe what they commented below. Hi, its been more than two months since my support ticket is still unresolved. I would appreciate an anser on it. The ticket number is #11249648 Thank you very much.
