This app has always been buggy, in low service it gets stuck in cycles of trying and failing to open. The new issue and I'm leaving this review is you can no longer select photos from the gallery. this adds 2-5 minutes to each site I do and I used to get 30-35 each day. In the couple days since this change it has cost me over 3 hours of time. PLEASE FIX THIS

It works. Can relate to many of the frustrated comments, yet it has helped our business. Better on a PC. Cons: Can't modify route while on the road. Have un-installed and re-installed many times. We keep using it because now we know it, and it feels daunting to learn a new app. We just know that once the route is dispatched, the driver has to just complete it, as is. You can change a route from a PC, like the dispatch person, which makes sense if your business is set up for that.

as of 27/11/25 on my pixel 8a the app constantly freezes, crashes and hangs up to an incessant degree. Utterly aggravating to use, and having had this app for roughly 5 years for my job as a delivery driver this application has only gotten worse over time. Pray tell why did they remove the ability to select photos from the gallery when trying to upload a photo for a stop? The only option is from the camera now which wouldn't be a problem if you could upload multiple photos per stop. Please fix
