About this app

Make the next step clear for your child.

Getting dressed, brushing teeth, leaving for school, settling into bedtime: RoutinePals turns everyday tasks into picture routines a child can follow one step at a time. Use it together on your phone, or set up Kid Mode on a separate device.

START WITH THE MOMENT YOUR FAMILY NEEDS

Choose a ready-made routine or build your own. Change the steps and their order to fit your child, then try the routine together. You can edit your free routines whenever your family's needs change.

HELP YOUR CHILD SEE WHAT COMES NEXT

• Show one clear step at a time in Kid Mode.
• Read steps aloud and use a visual timer when helpful.
• Add your own photos and recorded step instructions.
• Use First/Then to show the current step and the next one.
• Adjust text size, colors, motion, and sound in sensory settings.
• Give each routine an optional reminder and review progress over time.

PREPARE FOR SOMETHING NEW

Create a social story for an upcoming haircut, dentist visit, school day, or outing. Review and edit each page before your child sees it. Try one illustrated story sample free; Pro adds ongoing story and picture creation.

SUPPORT EVERYDAY PRACTICE

Children can earn stars as they complete steps. How I Feel offers simple check-ins and calming ideas, while Waiting practice makes a wait visible. With Pro, parents can create family rewards for the Star Store.

FREE ROUTINES YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN

The free plan includes one child, three editable routines, and three custom characters, with no time limit. Your one free illustrated story sample does not use a routine slot. Pick templates, build custom routines, and edit or replace your routines within that limit. Kid Mode, timers, First/Then, feelings, waiting practice, sensory settings, progress, and reminders are included. Creating your free account does not start a paid subscription.

MORE ROOM FOR YOUR FAMILY WITH PRO

Pro includes additional children, unlimited routines and characters, AI routine drafting, ongoing personalized stories and AI pictures, and custom rewards. Your own uploaded photos and ordinary custom routine editing are included in the free plan.

US Pro prices are $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Eligible subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Your store's purchase sheet shows the price, available offer, and renewal terms before you confirm. Offers and prices can vary by country and eligibility. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

What’s new

Parents can set stars for each step completed on time or late, add an early-finish bonus, and choose whether completing the whole routine is required to receive the stars. Clear pending-star totals and reliable progress recovery keep rewards understandable.
