This updated app is horrible. I used to be able to drive slowly by without stopping to scan the carwash QR code through my car window, but now I have to stop, roll down my window and tilt my phone in 80 different directions to get it to scan. Also, I should not have to indicate that I do NOT want to turn on notifications every time I open the app. You'd think an updated and upgraded app would increase user ease, but that's not the case.

M, we apologize for your experience with the car wash part of our app. We recommend stopping and holding your phone about 12" away from the QR code instead of continuing to drive past. I have a subscription for car wash and it made me upgrade now can't use my subscription or it won't let me cancel. After seeing your response I'm even more frustrated. As a software developer you handled the transition very poorly. I'll update if I quit having problems. I pretty much quit going to this location tho.

Gregory, we do apologize about the confusion but our developer was not able to transfer customer subscriptions and accounts over from the old app. We have codes through April 30th giving customers $1 for your first month subscription to ease the process. When a company goes above and beyond to give you more ways to save, that's a win! Love the "shake your phone feedback" ability so that if I ever were to have an issue I won't have to search for an email address or phone number.
