Only time this app worked correctly was when it was first installed. Customer service is a joke and the only help you get otherwise is a Frequently Asked Questions page. You click the link and the site doesn't even work. In addition to that, you can't even link your Kickback card properly to see your point total or to transfer an old card's data to a new one.

I love these rewards. I've collected over $50 worth of points quit a few times. I just went in and paid for $30 work of gas using points, plus a fountain drink that I stacked on top of it for free, and I still have almost $30 worth of points to use at my leisure.

It was cool at first I was able to get free items but recently I can't anymore I will get message thru the app hey coffee is free today for example I'll go make or grab what's supposed to be free scan the barcode nothing I have to pay for it I'll say hey it's supposed to be free the cashier says it didn't pop up and really frustrating they don't know how to work the app or honor what the app says so I'll end up paying for it or putting it back also seems not to update.
