App not working properly. For example app shows that you can get 2 Zyn products for $4.49. After opening the app and having an employee at the store scan my rewards card. The items rang up at full price.

we had a horrible time with it. it would not accept the phone number that we were suppose to use. it wouldn't work and even the employees had a hard time with it also.
