Zero stars if I could. We spend thousands of dollars a week at Road Ranger and have earned a ton of rewards not only in $ to spend but in tshirts and other swag. The only way to get those rewards are through the app. Anytime we try to access rewards on the app it gives us an error. We have updated the app and our phones are new. When talking to a manager we are told that there is nothing they can do. Basically if we can't get their faulty app to work we can't get our rewards 🤷‍♀️

JUNK app! Like the rest of the gas station member rewards apps out there, this one is junk too. When you click on a "rewards" tab to pull the barcode to scan, half of them takes you to a share screen to send a download code link instead of the discount barcode. You can't even access the advertised discount on their promo product tiles. Waste of time, junk app, and false advertising since Road Ranger won't let you access the discounts to use them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

Completely impossible to register. I have loyalty cards with every major fuel station in the United States including pilot, ta and petro loves ect... None of the other ones have any issues like this. Can't even complete the registration process in the app. But this is definitely the most budget fuel Network in the country so it's no surprise.
