Lots of rewards at the beginning. Then that tapers off sharply after a while. Now, when I do my "spin & win", the wheel is full of water bottles, car washes, and Terrible's coffees, none of which I care about. So the app has run its course for me. It's still nice to get a drink when you get gas, but there's not enough benefit anymore to keep using the app.

The migration is a pain; they should have made an easier path, especially since Terrible's, ostensibly, had the phone number and email address from the old one. That said, it seems to work pretty well once you get past the migration. The point transformation is needlessly confusing though.

I went to the store and the cashier was trying to give me the free drink on Tuesday from the app and I had no idea how to do that and neither did their employees. If your rewards program is that confusing it's not very rewarding. They just gave me the free drink since they couldn't figure out how to do it on the app.
