About this app

RoxPos Pro is a cloud restaurant POS and cafe POS app: table ordering, a kitchen display system (KDS), card and QR payments, a QR code menu, inventory with recipes and live reports in one place. Built for restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, patisseries, takeout and counter-service businesses.

Use the same account on iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac, Windows and the web panel. No installation and no Windows PC required: one phone can run your whole venue.

🍽️ TABLES AND ORDERS
• Tables grouped by area (dining room, patio…) with live totals
• Order in seconds from a photo menu: basket on top and menu below on a phone, side by side on a tablet
• Find items by search or barcode, using the camera or a barcode scanner

KITCHEN
• Kitchen display (KDS) on a tablet or a wall-mounted TV, with timers and “Preparing / Ready” status
• The waiter gets a “Ready” notification on their phone
• Prefer paper? Kitchen and bar printers: drinks go to the bar, food to the kitchen
• Restaurant flow (order → kitchen → service → payment) or counter flow (order and pay first, then prepare)
