At Royal Holiday Vacation Club we have 5 types of memberships that fit your travel needs: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Royal. Each one includes a predetermined amount of Vacation Credits that will allow you to make trips per year according to your times and preferences.

Your Royal Holiday membership gives you total flexibility to travel how you want, when you want and with whoever you want, whether in prime, high or low season, you will be able to know the destinations you have always wanted.

This app is basically unusable. Every time I am trying to scroll through the screen, it jumps into links or back to the previous page as if I'm tapping on things. It's incredibly annoying. Seriously, how come Royal Holiday says they focus on customer experience and the experience in this app is so bad.

The app has a good amount of information on the resorts. The trouble is the functionality is lacking, often resulting in quick choice selection or wrong choice selection. A lack of navigation and quirky navigation furthers the lack of usability. The menus lack common functionality inherent to sites with choice capabilities. If the functionality is by design; then it is counter intuitive at best and not communicated to end users at worse.

Not able to log in I tried every way, got suggestions from the sales person and tried all with no use. Then the sales person said he will forward the problem to technician. Almost a month now and no feedback yet! I keep trying nothing worked, although I am able to log in to the website.
