You’ll need to have at least one individual or workplace pension plan with Royal London. To register you’ll need your plan number, which you can find on your welcome letter or annual statement. As soon as you register you’re ready to see your pension savings and more.

Usually very good for having a quick check on my fund performance. However, for the last couple of weeks I been unable to view. I log in ok but I am hit with a message saying 'You're unable to view your plan information right now'. I deleted cache but no help.

Had so much trouble trying to login always failed couldn't reset password as no link is ever sent. Left this as I couldn't get hold of anyone in customer support. Now a year or so later and the exact same problem exists..

ok for showing the balance but doesn't let me change my risk or let me increase payments online. All a bit pointless really unless I want to look at my total balance.
