Time windows that find the slot
Propose a set of possible time blocks instead of one fixed time. Invited and registered players vote best / works / can't, and the organizer locks in the winning slot — or opens it up so any player can.

Availability polls for groups
Anyone in the group can create a poll. Members tap dates to mark morning, afternoon, or evening. Results sort by overall availability so the best slot is immediately obvious — no spreadsheets, no DMs, no guessing.

City Hubs — find new players near you
• One open hub per city — Denver first, more as the community grows
• Join in a tap — no approval, just your NTRP level so everyone knows who they're hitting with
• Post a hit or an availability poll to the whole hub
• Joining subscribes you to hub events near your NTRP level — tune the organizer NTRP range and distance from your home court so only events that fit you notify you
• Every event shows the organizer's NTRP; the members list filters to your level or your home court

Private groups for your crew
• Build your own invite-only group of regulars
• Invite by link, text, or email — whether or not they're on Royal M yet
• Any member can open a poll or create an event
• Linked events show on group pages automatically, with a heads-up to members when spots remain

Messaging, built right in
• Every private group and event gets its own conversation — no more scattered group texts
• Direct messages for 1-1 chats with friends and anyone in your private groups
• Reactions — react to a message without pinging the whole thread
• Mute a busy thread, or delete a conversation from your list anytime
