The "Preferred Neighbour" preference has been "coming soon" for ages! This is too important a feature to leave offnfor so long and it isn't even hard to implement in the app! Currently the timeframe we have to assign a preferred neighbour for a delivery is WAY too short notice! The ability to preset a neighour would help a lot of people, so it should be implemented ASAP!

Excellent app. It's great to use, a very easy site to navigate and very nicely designed 👌. Great for booking collections, buying postage & tracking items that you have sent or are expecting. I have only had a couple of issues with items but the customer service is excellent 👌. I use this app at least once a week and it's my preferred postal carrier for sending items (gives you a few options for sending which is great) I highly recommend this app. Thank you 😊

Never seems to let you track anything it always shows error, ironically enough it's been this way since the big revamp to make it "easier" to track deliveries, and when it finally let's you it's the ones with basically no info until a Delivery attempt is made??? What's the point in a tracking number for those ones, then?
