Fantastic experience, send money and get received in less than three minutes, but not been able to use the app for some days now telling me to update the app which I tried to but has no update and I uninstalled and reinstalled but yet not working. pls rectify .

transferred money on the 8th of July, till today no money ever arrived to my home account, the support team hasn't helped me to be honest, this was my 3rd transfer and am very disappointed by the app in general. I have has the worst experience with using this app.
