FOCUS TIMER

Start the timer and lock in on what actually matters. ITmode helps you get into flow and stay there:
- Customizable countdown timer built for deep work
- Background music with binaural beats for peak concentration: gamma waves (~40 Hz) to boost memory, beta waves (~14–16 Hz) to sharpen focus
- Detailed stats: track your focused time by day, week, and month
- See how many people are in focus right now — you're not alone


APP BLOCKING

Protect your focus from familiar distractions. Choose the apps that pull you away from work, and let ITmode keep them out of reach until your focus session ends:

- Build your own list of distracting apps
- Start the timer and stay locked in on what matters
- Get back to work without extra decisions or temptation
- Keep your selected blocking list synced with your account

To provide this feature, ITmode uses the Accessibility API only to identify the active app. ITmode does not read screen content or typed text.
