Rydin’s updated PermitExpress™ integrated app – cite 2.0 – allows you to manage all aspects of your permitting program in one easy to navigate environment. In addition to user identification, permit and citation management, cite features a host of updates that will allow for a more comprehensive and easier to use program.
Citations can be initiated, printed, and managed all from the convenience of an Apple (Android) mobile device (on and off-line). Real-time connectivity to Rydin PermitExpress™ enables enforcement staff to access records instantly. Functionality includes citation issuance, and image recording allowing for proof of infractions

What’s new

• Removed unused icons to improve app performance and reduce app size.
• Fixed an issue on Android where the UI did not update to “Disconnected” after manually unpairing a printer or when the printer is powered off.
The home screen now shows “Searching for available printers” to provide clearer feedback.
A toast message is displayed when checking for changes in paired printers.
• Added safeguards to prevent duplicate citations.
