I just want to say, I really respect and appreciate that this developer seeks to make ambitious, story-driven adventure games for mobile platforms. However, I think I should mention that "Bluebird of Happiness", their other game, is way more successful in this regard. Angel Road is certainly not bad; very sincere, simple story-telling and gameplay. There's just not much here. Controls, interaction, and actual "gameplay" are in short supply here. In retrospect, it feels like they were still finding their feet, testing the waters for "Bluebird". A solid attempt overall, but ultimately skippable.

(TW murder, criminal activity, drugs, drug dealing) I finally found where Marco is from, and that this is the prequel to Bear's Resto. The game mechanics are basic but it's very worth reading through this interactive story, worth your time and paying the small amounts. As usual pay and play until the second layer.

I loved this game! The story was excellent and the music fit the theme very well. I'm usually sus towards mobile games as most are really bad, but this was a real find! And, for a free game, there were only 4-6 ads, which is a big difference from most free to play games on mobile, and they weren't sudden because you were told when it would happen. Sadly, the extra chapter is only in the full game, but it would probably be worth it. Overall, amazing game, can't wait to see what else they make!
