Ratings and reviews

Functional, Advertised zero charges, but still charged me. When I called cust care , they said it should not be but now that it's charged it can't be reversed. Great! Also chart is buggy. I can't load saved charts from both mobile and web version, can't delete any saved charts in app which makes is impossible to do technical analysis on it. Edit- There is support for only one layout per chart, kindly don't allow us to save more than one then , it misleads into thinking it's a bug

Buggy app. Facing a lot of problems adding scrips to watchlists. Sometimes it just doesn't add and other times it just shows it's already there but doesn't show. Also, futures charts' candles don't show correctly, so I have to use another platform for that. Moreover, charts are really slow to load. Overall, the app UI is good but not smooth. So I generally trade on mStock, but do my analysis on Zerodha.

You have lots of issues with mobile application and web version. Price don't get auto refresh tik by tik. you have to refresh it manually.. also sometimes price reflects zero after refresh so you have to refresh again... You need to consider launching good software & with good connectivity and API. I am considering moving money from the account. What is the use of zero cost trading when you don't get accurate data???
