It was a quick process to get set up and customer service was fabulous. I got stuck in a couple of places but customer service was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Interface is intuitive, easy to use and app is fairly smooth. It has a very wide list of markets available to trade in.. has everything that I needed/expected from this app. I would recommend it.

I also appreciate the app's algorithmic trading feature, which has helped me automate my trades and minimize my risk. The app's technical support team is also fantastic. They are always available to help with any technical issues I have, and they respond quickly and professionally.

The actual rate prevailing is always different from what is showing up in Portfolio. We can't get the real picture of Portfolio unless we log out and then re-login. The screen becomes blank sometimes for indefinite period. We got to close and re-open the app many times to get the screen. The chart is a big mess. The functionality of Candle stick w.r.t Heiki Ashin is not working. There are many other problems in the chart which can't be explained in words.
