I'm using this app to help the NY DOT and my gosh it's terrible. Trip tracking worked for half a day but then stopped for no reason. After completing a trip, I get a notification that a new survey is available but when I click the notification or open the app there is no new survey. It's like it saw me traveling but didn't save any data from the trip. I need to enter everything manually which is less than accurate. I've tried clearing the app cache and also restarting my phone but nothing helps.

This application doesn't seem to have been debugged. Even for a simple thing like setting your home location you seem to have to turn on tracking. If you tell it that you don't want tracking it simply hangs and doesn't give any message. You can't just put up a message saying I want to track you with absolutely no explanation. It's very odd that New York City is forcing people to install this app to run a survey connected with the Department of transportation. Does New York City have any QA?

Wow, this is the absolute worst and buggy-est app I have ever used! It seems to be hit-or-miss if this app will work for you. My experience was definitely a miss. App crashed so many times I could barely use it. If your city allows you to enter your survey info online do that instead. Edit: With so many phones out there, it's usually understandable to have some minor app issues. However, this one was so bad it's like the developers didn't even try. Not a single part of the app worked for me.
