Admin manages users, monitor all active and archived cases, and configure mediation workflows. Create and organize new cases, define mediation stages, and set up sessions. Easily create and categorize cases into various types such as Criminal and Civil etc.

Each case supports multiple Mediations, and each mediation can include several Sessions, such as:

- Joint Session
- Plaintiff Caucus
- Defendant Caucus

Gather inputs from multiple parties during sessions:

- Plaintiff
- Defendant
- Plaintiff Support
- Defendant Support

After each mediation, authorized users can update and finalize case outcomes, helping steer progress and resolutions.

Mediation history and outcomes are recorded for future reference.
