RSP AI App

RSP App

About this app

RSP App is a smart training companion designed to help athletes stay organized, motivated, and connected with their coaches. Whether you’re training in the gym, on the field, or at home, RSP App gives you the tools to follow structured workout plans and track progress with confidence.

Coaches can create and assign custom workouts, while athletes receive a clear, step-by-step view of each exercise. Every workout includes video demonstrations, instructions, and performance tracking so athletes know exactly what to do and how to do it correctly.

The latest update introduces an improved drag-and-drop workout builder, making it faster and easier for coaches to organize exercises and update training sessions in real time. This flexibility allows workouts to stay current and tailored to each athlete’s needs.

RSP App supports consistent training by keeping workouts, instructions, and progress history in one place. Athletes can log completed exercises, review past sessions, and monitor improvements over time, while coaches can make quick adjustments without disrupting the training schedule.
