READ BEFORE BUYING! looking at the other reviews, it seems I am not alone or crazy. This printer WILL NOT CONNECT. Bluetooth will pair with it, but once in this app it says it can't find the device. I don't understand that, in any way, but have done everything I can possibly think of, including trying to DL a bunch of drives so it would work on my computer, that also didn't work... (why so many many drives and EULAs?). Bunch of frustrating business.

Reached out to customer service with zero reply. Used WhatsApp as they requested saw that they read it and just didn't reply. Cool. Thanks. Will not connect via Bluetooth. Absolute waste of money if it just sits there and collects dust. And this is why people won't trust new products or small businesses. Way to represent!

Easy to use and set up. Works well most of the time... Crashes and closes sometimes, usually when saving or trying to print so you lose everything you've just done. It's getting rather frustrating.
