Like many label printers on the market, this unit appears to use a rebranded version of the same software found across several manufacturers. I currently own four different label printers from various brands, and aside from a few minor feature differences, the apps are nearly identical. Usually the only changes are the app name, splash screen, and the occasional missing feature. The hardware itself is excellent. Print quality is good, setup is straightforward, and the device performance is 5/5

READ BEFORE BUYING! looking at the other reviews, it seems I am not alone or crazy. This printer WILL NOT CONNECT. Bluetooth will pair with it, but once in this app it says it can't find the device. I don't understand that, in any way, but have done everything I can possibly think of, including trying to DL a bunch of drives so it would work on my computer, that also didn't work... (why so many many drives and EULAs?). Bunch of frustrating business.

jul 26 2026 update I shouldn't have installed. Previous version worked great, the update printed the label reverse image! So you can't read it. When something isn't broke, don't "fix" it. I have no idea why they updated the app.
